Please type in your players for each position below. Also select their teams from the drop down team box. Select the Week/Date that you are submitting this roster for. Finally, click SUBMIT to send your roster in. If you make a mistake, click RESET which will clear the names before you send it. This form works with MS Internet Explorer browser version 4.01. Other browsers or older versions of MSIE may not work correctly. Send a test first and type TEST in the comments section to make sure it works. You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours if your test works. If it doesn't work you may want to download the 4.01 version of MSIE if you would like to use this form.
